The Institute has the expertise to facilitate planning sessions and to convene stakeholders for visioning and goal setting as part of any study or as an independent process. This service works well for organizations and communities to assess their situation and join together to support a common objective. This process also
works as a tool to coordinate implementation and benchmarking of the strategic priorities developed to achieve the client's goals.
