The Institute offers high quality, objective research that is tailored to meet the client’s needs. Our experienced staff and unique relationship with area institutions of higher education translate into superior quality research products.

The Institute will meet with the client to discuss their goals and objectives for the project. The Institute will then prepare a detailed research design for the project as well as scope of work that includes a timeline and budget that support the outcomes of the project.

The Institute employs primary, secondary, and applied research into studies. The Institute specializes in the following methods: interviews, surveys, electronic research, case studies, focus groups, and best practices. The Institute uses proprietary databases and selected public sources. A comprehensive set of objective data will be collected, analyzed, summarized, and presented to the client. For most projects specific recommendations as to a process moving forward, with benchmarks for evaluation are included as part of the research study.
