Technical Assistance

The Institute explains the research and data analysis and from there identifies strategic initiatives and recommendations as well as methods and resources for the client to use to implement them successfully.   Ongoing technical assistance is available. The Institute will provide advice and direction to support project preparation and implementation to assist the client in moving forward to achieve their strategic objectives.
