The Institute will evaluate public policy from all levels of government and provide the appropriate policy analysis. The analysis will include potential impacts from a fiscal and social perspective. The analysis will also include appropriate alternatives to be evaluated.
The Institute will also develop public policy statements on topics relevant to all aspects of commerce, tax, energy, and government. These statements will reflect an objective review of the issue along with a goal or process statement designed to spur the development of new policy, advocacy on proposed or existing policy, discussion, or conflict resolution on major public policy issues. Finally, The Institute may choose to advocate on these issues, if appropriate.
