July 2024 – September 2025: The Institute performed a formative and summative program evaluation based on findings and recommendations from the 2023-2024 program duration.

2024: The Institute performed a formative and summative program evaluation from students and teachers’ experiences and satisfaction with the program.

September 2023 – June 2024: The Institute performed a formative and summative program evaluation. This approach allowed for mid-course corrections and enhancement to improve overall outcomes. All stakeholders engaged in the program (students, faculty, and employers) participated in both quantitative (surveys) and qualitative assessments (interviews and small group discussions) in various intervals to provide the basis for the evaluation. Program data in terms of monthly usage statistics were monitored. Graduated students were tracked and assessed during the three-year program to add another dimension of data to the analysis. Employers of students that move onto apprenticeship or jobs after graduation were interviewed at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months to evaluate learning and performance in both soft and hard skills. The student and employer data will be deidentified and presented in the aggregate.
