October 2022 – January 2025: The Institute is serving as the Fund’s evaluation and learning coordinator for the organization. Researchers will develop logic models, programming, metrics, and evaluation protocol for the Fund’s special programs and grants. The team will also complete the evaluations and provide quality control and course corrections to improve grantee outcomes. 

2021: The Institute is responsible for a formative and summative evaluation report that identifies course corrections and best practices within NEPA RISE (Readiness in Skilled Employment), a workforce development program. The report detailed the program’s ability to achieve projected outcomes and outputs, replicability and scalability, and the project’s benefits as they compare to economic costs.
