June 2007:  The Institute conducted a marketing analysis which included focus groups, online surveys, and analysis of teams and markets similar in size. Recommendations and implementation plans were provided.

2006: The purpose of this survey research was to determine why small percentages of season ticket holders have not continued to renew their annual commitment. The Institute interviewed, surveyed, and conducted focus groups of current season ticket holders to identify the reasons why they continue or do not continue to hold season tickets. Data was tabulated and analyzed. Conclusions were drawn based upon the results. Recommendations were identified.
