September 2025: The Institute conducted an economic impact study of the new Williams pipeline construction project.

May 2021: Williams’ Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Company proposed the Regional Energy Access Expansion, which involved the addition of pipelines and compression stations in New Jersey as well as four Pennsylvania counties. The Institute completed an impact report to accompany the project’s application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

May 2012: The Institute research team studied the potential impact of the development of a pipeline company. The study accompanied the client’s FERC application for approval.

June 2010: The Institute prepared an analysis that estimated  the economic impacts of pipeline expansion and facility modification in Pennsylvania.
